In general the staff were responsive and service-oriented. The location was top - really close to the restaurant district, main attractions in the city and castle and shopping areas. We had goodies and coffee at Top Floor Cafe, it was located near the venue.

Everything was really perfect, really enjoyed our relaxing stay. We got beautifully maintained and well-appointed room with genuine double bed, balcony, as example. Rich breakfast at a subsidised rate was a nice touch. Central location very close to many good restaurants, transport and great bars and restaurants, it was in a central area. Great to be 300 metres away from The Good Catch, enjoyed our meal there.
